Upgrades going on, noisy but not a problem. Hotel staff was friendly, no problems during our stay. Excellent hot breakfast and plenty of clean, comfortable seating. Nice fireplace and TV in dining area. Hotel manager Cynthia was very friendly and made sure that we were comfortable.

We liked the staff especially Atay (he was accommodating, extremely friendly and helpful). I would come there again just to see him :) Our room was very spacious which helped with having our dog with us. The hotel was nicely located with easy access to shopping, Eateries, Oak Mt. State Park and Birmingham. Breakfast was awesome.

It was better than most in a lot of aspects. The breakfast was better at any hotel that I can remember. The kids loved the waffle topping choices. They got full. My daughter didn't eat anything almost the whole golf tournament. This almost never happen. I loved it. I will stay there if we have to come back for a golf tournament.

Friendly staff. Convenient location with several restaurants nearby. Variety of breakfast item to choose from including crispy bacon, eggs, oatmeal and waffles.😋

Have stayed numerous times at Hampton Inn & Suites Birmingham-Pelham - I-65 and always enjoyed the breakfast. This time breakfast was a bit disappointing. Tho' it was 6:40 AM, the coffee cups were not in place. Coffee was only warm., Apples & oranges going stale. Eggs looked like they had been prepared the day or two before.
